- Skipped or Last-Minute Reschedules
If a cleaning is skipped or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment, the following fees will apply: - First time: $75
- Second time: $100
- Third time (and beyond): Full cleaning price

🧺 Pick Up Floors & Countertops
Please pick up floors, countertops, and other surfaces as much as possible before your cleaner arrives. Since we don't always know where personal belongings, toys, clothing, paperwork, or other items belong, having these areas picked up allows us to focus our time on cleaning.
Need help with the clutter? That's okay too! We're always happy to help pick up and straighten your home. Just keep in mind that additional pickup may require extra time and could increase the cost of your cleaning. If we're working within a set amount of time, it may also mean that some lower-priority cleaning tasks need to be skipped.
And yes, this includes those teenage bedrooms with floors we can barely find! 😄 If we can't safely access the floor, we may have to clean around the clutter or skip that area.
🐾 Secure Pets When Needed
We love our clients' pets! However, if you have a pet that is aggressive, uncomfortable with strangers, overly excited, or known to run or dart out the door, please secure them in a safe area before your cleaner arrives.
This is for the safety of your pets and our cleaners, especially while we're carrying supplies and equipment in and out of the home.
🐶 Pet Home? Please Leave Out Your Vacuum
If you have pets in the home, we ask that you leave your vacuum out for our cleaner to use whenever possible.
This helps prevent pet hair, dander, and allergens from traveling from one client's home to another—and most importantly, your pet hair stays at your house instead of coming along with us!
We'll still bring the other professional cleaning supplies and products needed to clean your home.

We provide our own cleaning products, but we're happy to use a specialty or preferred product that you provide.
