In return, we ask our clients to honor our Reserved Recurring Client Commitment, which allows us to provide consistent, high-quality service while supporting the professionals who care for your home.
When you schedule recurring service, we reserve a dedicated day and time exclusively for your home and assign a Cleaning Professional whose schedule and income rely on that commitment. This not only keeps your home on a reliable cleaning rhythm, but also ensures your Pro has steady, dependable work.
Reschedules vs. Skips
We kindly ask that, whenever possible, cleanings are rescheduled rather than skipped. Recurring clients may move their appointment up to 7 days before or after their original date (based on availability).
To request a reschedule, simply call or text us at 336-528-3632, and our office team will be happy to help find a time that works best for you.
Skipped or Last-Minute Reschedules
If a cleaning is skipped or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment, the following fees will apply:
- First occurrence: $75
- Second occurrence: $100
- Third occurrence (and beyond): Full cleaning price
This is an honor-based system, and we trust our clients to help ensure their Cleaning Professional is taken care of in the event of a last-minute cancellation. Because your cleaner has reserved that time specifically for your home, late changes directly impact their income.
We completely understand that true emergencies happen — such as illness, hospitalization, or unexpected situations — and we always approach those with compassion and flexibility.

By honoring this commitment, you help us continue providing you with dependable, top-quality service while also supporting the hardworking professionals who take care of your home.
Please note: Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in discontinuation of services, as they make it difficult to maintain a consistent schedule for our Cleaning Professionals.
